ABOUT MEGAN KRUGER

My name is Megan Kruger and I have been in the fitness industry since 2001 as a group exercise instructor and a personal trainer.

I am passionate about helping people add fun, results-driven, ability appropriate exercise to their lives because exercise has many times over been the element that has changed my life for the better. I firmly believe that when people move around more, and begin to make changes to their health all areas of their lives will improve.

As a child, whenever I was being too rambunctious-or just plain naughty-my parents would send me outside to get more fresh air and exercise. Guess what? It worked! My mood and my behaviour improved. Throughout high school, I participated in some team athletics and exercise with my mother- and I credit these things with helping me maintain a manageable level of self-esteem and self-confidence. But as life got really busy with school studies, after school activities and a part-time job, exercise was often the first thing to be cut from life.

By the time I got to college, I was studying full-time and working a part-time job in sales; I was stressed out and gaining weight. I knew that if I didn’t find a way to re-commit to exercise, I was going to be unable to do all the things that I wanted to do with my life. And to be perfectly honest, I felt pretty bad about myself and the way that I looked. I had gained more than the freshman 15 and my energy levels were low. I also had unhealthy eating habits and because of all of those things really lousy sleep patterns.

I knew that some things had to change- in a big way-in order to be happy with myself and to regain my health. Fast forward several years, and a healthy, happy me is here to help you by bringing you the most effective, fitness and fat loss solutions possible! Why? Because I know that a better life starts by taking good care of yourself and I firmly believe that exercise is the vehicle to get you to your best life!
